Today, out of the blue, Apple Inc. decided to release a new build of the previously seeded iOS 10.1.1 for all compatible devices. Although the build is new (14B150) compared to the previous build (14B100) there are no change logs, security contents or features posted by the company. The build is only available as an IPSW through iTunes (or any other source), but OTA Servers haven't issued any new update to already running iOS 10.1.1 devices (yet).
The iOS 10.1 and iOS 10.1.1 shared the same Security Contents which means that iOS 10.1.1 only addressed a couple of bugs on the previous iOS 10.1 build, hopefully iOS 10.2 that is currently in Beta 2 will fix the remaining (to be read annoying) ones. We experienced a couple of bugs on notifications (mostly) that were not addressed yet in iOS 10.1.1 nor in iOS 10.2 B2.
iOS 10.1 and iOS 10.1.1 were merely intended for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus as these two builds bring and update a new Camera mode called Portrait Mode that is only compatible with iPhone 7 Plus Dual Camera.
