iOS 11.2/11.2.6 JAILBREAK UPDATE: April Week 2: Houdini, Kernel Vulns, Current Progress

In today's video, we're discussing the latest jailbreak news in terms of iOS 11.2 all the way up to iOS 11.2.6, and all the vulnerabilities that are currently available for this iOS range and that are useful for the jailbreak process. A lot of vulnerabilities have been made publicly available in the past couple of days, and some people are confused about what can be done and what cannot be done for the moment, therefore, I've decided I should make an update video in which to clear everything up so that people can make educated guesses on which version is good to remain on.

The big number of vulnerabilities released for iOS 11.2.x is very great news for those who missed the Electra Jailbreak train back on iOS 11.1.2 and are currently waiting for something for iOS 11.2 and newer. iOS 11.3 came with a big security log and according to Min (Spark) Zheng, a security researcher, iOS 11.3 is still not entirely safe either. Kernel 0days are still available and have remained unpatched for iOS 11.3.

If you're waiting for a jailbreak on iOS 11.2.x, the best bet for the moment would be to stay on iOS 11.2.6 or below. Please keep in mind that Apple has stopped signing iOS 11.2.6 just a couple days ago, therefore, updating to or downgrading to iOS 11.2.6 from any other version is no longer possible. Make sure your device doesn't update itself to iOS 11.3 overnight.
