As some of you requested on my previous videos comments section, here is the updated version for iOS 10.2.1 on how to build the CFW for iCloud Bypass on Windows. Although the previous tutorial is still up to date, I decided to make an updated one as per your request.
For the custom firmware (CFW) method you are going to need an IPSW of iOS 10.2.1, F.C.E. 365 Firmware Manager App that I built, and the Setup.App Patch appropriate for your device. iPhone 5 and 5C users must use 32-Bit patch, and iPhone 5S and up users will use the x64 patch, both of them available down bellow.
Patching Setup.App will result in not having any cellular service after bypass, there is no way in the world currently that you can bypass iCloud and also have carrier coverage unless you do a hardware method. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress and might not work on all devices, it is also subjected to changes depending on what future iOS versions will modify.
For a better understanding or if you face any issues, please READ the F.A.Q. (Frequent Asked Questions) page and the documentation the I created for Setup.App and iCloud Activation.
If you have an iPhone 6 / 6 Plus or 6S I recommend following this video: https://goo.gl/jkJlBY
