In today's video, we have a couple important topics to discuss in the world of Jailbreaking. The first one is coming from Jonathan Levin, the developer of the LiberiOS and LiberTV Jailbreaks. He has posted on his forum a method to bypass the 7 days signing for IPAs that you sideloaded from the computer (like Kodi, GBA4iOS, etc.). The method doesn't require installing any tweaks and it works by using the default jtool binary which is part of the binary pack of LiberiOS and LiberTV.
WARNING! This method only works for apps that are not the jailbreak itself! You can't do this to the jailbreak application (i.e. LiberiOS) because the app runs even when the device isn't in a jailbroken state so AMFI isn't patched. All other apps will work, so you pretty much get to only sign ONE app (the jailbreak one) not all the apps you sideload.
The next important info comes from Coolstar. SemiRestore will not support devices that used the leaked Electra build because apparently, SemiRestore works by using APFS Snapshoting which takes a snapshot of the clean stock iOS. FutureRestore, however, seems to work currently, so if you have iOS 11.1.2 blobs saved, you can update to iOS 11.1.2 from iOS 10 or iOS 11.x. The iOS 11.2.6 SEP and Baseband are compatible with iOS 11.1.2.
