In today's video, we're discussing the latest news and updates in the Jailbreak community that took place between August 1st to August 8th, or pretty much the first week of August. This video will also contain a recap of the major events that I might have already covered in other videos but some of you might have missed, and that is mostly about #Cydia, Unc0ver #Jailbreak, Sileo (a Cydia alternative), and Brandon Azad's vulnerability for iOS 11.4.
In this video, we're going to also talk about Karen's latest release, an AFC2 for #iOS 11.x and iOS 10.x compatible with Meridian Jailbreak and with the Electra Jailbreak. AFC2 pretty much allows you to browse the files on your device using iExplorer or iFunBox on Windows or macOS just like you'd browse a normal hard disk which makes file transfer between your iDevice and the computer very easy. Karen has made AFC2 available on the BigBoss repo.
At the same time, I'd also like to remind you that Meridian Jailbreak by @IBSparkes has also been released yesterday which means that you can now finally Jailbreak iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 10.3.3 and lower and you can also jailbreak any other 64-Bit device running iOS 10 all the way up to iOS 10.3.3. Sileo is also making progress. Dennis Bednarz posted a picture of #Sileo displaying the depiction page of a tweak and it looks awesome. The design is inspired from iOS 11 (for better or for worse) but looks clean.
