iOS 10.0.1 GM (Golden Master) was released 2 days ago by Apple during the September Event where they unveiled the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.
This Golden Master build is the final build prior to the Major Release of the iOS 10 two weeks from now, which means that there will most likely be no other changes unless there are bugs to be patched until then.
In the yesterday's iOS 10 GM review we discussed in-depth about the Kernel and ROOT FS of the GM build and we came to the conclusion that is in fact DECRYPTED! So Apple left the iOS structure (Kernel, ROOT FS and so on) decrypted even in GM, which, today makes us able to bypass iPhone 5S (x64) 16 GB on 10.0.1 GM.
Although it is decrypted as the Betas were, Apple seem to be making iOS 10 kinda tougher as I needed to downgrade to iTunes 11.4 as iTunes 12.x seem to be giving Error 14.
Also! It is very important to upgrade your XCODE BETA 8 to the GM version released 2 days ago. The old Beta won't work anymore (error 14). Link for the GM XCODE is down bellow!
THIS DOESN'T WORK ON WINDOWS! ONLY OS X To be able to make it to work on Windows, you need to wait for Apple to release the final iOS 10 for public. Betas and GM are for Developers therefore, you need XCODE (OS X ONLY) and Developer Account for Profiles.

The device I managed to bypass is a 16 GB version, the smaller the better. 64 GB versions of iPhone 5S might not be compatible with this method at all.
