Yes, @s1guza and @tihmstar have decided to work on a free iOS 9.3.5 Jailbreak for the 32-Bit devices and they've managed to already test it on iPhone 4S and iPod Touch 5th Generation.
Very interesting how the Jailbreak community changes from a day to another, now we have 3 individuals working on 2 different Jailbreak projects for iOS 9.3.5 on 32-Bit. You probably remember, Stefan Esser has started a kickstarter campaign to gather founding for a free iOS Kernel Exploitation Training and an iOS 9.3.5 Jailbreak for 32-Bit (without Cydia). Well, today Siguza and Tihmstar, both skilled iOS hackers have pwned the iOS 9.3.5 as well. According to them, the Beta 1 will have support for iPhone 4S and iPod Touch 5th Generation, so we should expect a release.
Both Siguza and Tihmstar have great contributions on the iOS Community. Tihmstar is mostly known for FutureRestore downgrade tool and Siguza for cl0ver, a tfp0 patch for iOS 9, based on the Pegasus/Trident vulnerabilities.

Compared to Stefan Esser's Jailbreak, this one has Cydia included and is not part of any kickstarter campaign, but Stefan's project is not too shabby either, as a great Kernel exploitation training as Stefan can produce is hard to find and usually not cheap, so I consider both projects very interesting.
Tested with iPhone4,1 9.3.5 and iPod5,1 9.3.5.
First beta will officially only support these 2 devices. #etason— tihmstar (@tihmstar) August 5, 2017
I recommend you to follow both Siguza and Tihmstar for more details about this Jailbreak. I will also make a Jailbreak Tutorial for iOS 9.3.5 once the first Beta comes out. So stay tuned.
