Today, the CheckRa1n team has released CheckRa1n Jailbreak v0.12.4 which comes with some important hotfix and a few other changes. The release is now available and it’s advised to update your jailbreak tool if you’re currently using CheckRa1n on an older version. CheckRa1n can jailbreak iOS 14.5.1, iOS 14.5, iOS 14.4, and older, but only on pre-A12 devices.
For the A12 and post-A12 devices, such as iPhone XS, XR, XS Max, 11, and iPhone 12, you will not be able to use #CheckRa1n and you need to wait for the Unc0ver or Taurine to be updated. Today’s update on CheckRa1n brings an important hotfix for the A9X devices as well as some repo updates. The support for iOS 14.6 Beta has not yet been announced and it’s expected that CheckRa1n won’t support iOS 14.6 until it gets released out of Beta.
