In this video, we’re talking about the latest #Odyssey Jailbreak progress for those of you who want an alternative to the newly released Unc0ver Jailbreak. The Odyssey jailbreak is still going to be released even if Unc0ver was released first, and Odyssey is actually likely to be even more stable than Unc0ver since Unc0ver seems to have been a bit rushed to be first. Odyssey Jailbreak by Coolstar will support iOS 14.3, down to iOS 13 on all devices including A14, A13, and A12.
Coolstar has already started making betas with cicuta_virosa (Modern Pwner’s kernel LPE vuln) on Sileo Discord. They are also planning to use their own vulns for the rest of the jailbreak which is unique to Odyssey as Unc0ver uses a different set of vulns and techniques, so it’s expected that Odyssey will behave differently than #Unc0ver. Odyssey comes with Sileo instead of Cydia. Sileo is a modern, faster Cydia alternative.
