In today’s video, we’re discussing the Odyssey Jailbreak that has been made available by developer @tihmstar a few days ago as a “leak” (sort of pre-release) version. This jailbreak is compatible with iOS 13.0 up to iOS 13.5 on all devices including A12 and A13, and it is a direct competitor to Unc0ver.
Upon testing, I reached the conclusion that #Odyssey, even in a non-production environment, as the IPA is definitely not the final version, is indeed usable and quite stable. I have only encountered one tfp0-related error when I tried to jailbreak the first time with it, but the second time after reboot it was pretty quick. The jailbreak comes with Sileo instead of Cydia which is a modern alternative to Cydia and it runs very well. Odyssey is also the first iOS 13 Jailbreak to be fully open-sourced.
