The tool also allows you to manage the data you have in iTunes-generated backups, a feature that iTunes famously lacks. It also allows you to manage the data you have in the iCloud backups, again, something iTunes lacks. In fact, iTunes has been deprecated as of macOS Catalina and is no longer being updated.
