The PatchFinder is a very important jailbreak component, and for months, we had no iOS 13 PatchFinder64 available publicly. The one from Unc0ver Jailbreak was kept private, and this means that nobody outside Unc0ver could use it for a Jailbreak. Jake James released a PatchFinder which should be easily maintainable for iOS 13 including newer iOS such as iOS 13.4.1 and iOS 13.4.
