In today’s video, we’re discussing the latest major events in the iOS Jailbreak community pertaining to iOS 13.4.1, iOS 13.4, and iOS 13.3.1 on all iOS devices including #A13. We’re talking about @ProteasWang’s untethered tfp0 kernel exploit, which could indeed be useful for an untethered version of Unc0ver Jailbreak or such. We’re also discussing a very dangerous Apple Mail exploit that was found in the wild and that affects all recent iOS versions.
About the kernel exploit, of course, currently, there is no word on a release, but that is expected because iOS 13.4.1 is currently the only signed stable release of iOS, and the exploit works on it, so we shouldn’t expect this exploit for at least 90 days if it ever gets released, as ProteasWang is known to go with the responsible disclosure route.
There is also a Cydia bug that seems to be present in the latest update that causes a lot of issues with many tweaks. It’s recommended that you avoid the latest Cydia update for a while as Jake James confirms it has a couple of weird bugs in it causing tweaks to be broken or act weird.
