In today’s video, we’re discussing a brand new iOS Downgrades tool called Inferius. The tool can #downgrade iOS 13 to various iOS versions by taking advantage of the CheckM8 exploit released by axi0mx. The downgrade tool uses CFW (Custom Firmware) for iOS downgrades on pre-A12 and pre-A13 devices. All devices (except the A12/A13) that are 64-Bit are supported.
The iOS downgrade #CFW produced by Inferius is a tethered one, and therefore PyBoot or a similar iOS booting tool is required to boot it. The downgrade can be done pretty easily as the tool creates the CFW iPSW file and downgrades the device by itself with little user intervention. This tool does not need SHSH2 blobs to downgrade.
