In this video, I will show you how to switch from the #CheckRa1n Jailbreak which is semi-tethered (requires a computer after every reboot) to the #Unc0ver Jailbreak which is semi-untethered and can be re-enabled right from the device without a computer. Both jailbreaks are very good and stable, but if you’re on the go a lot, Unc0ver may be a better option for you. This video applies for iOS 12 all the way up to iOS 13.3.
In this tutorial, I will show you how to switch from #CheckRa1n to #Unc0ver even if you already have tweaks installed and we’re going to see how to do this safely with proper cleanup before installing and jailbreaking with Unc0ver. I do not recommend installing Unc0ver on top of CheckRa1n without proper cleanup even tho it would work and they are cross-compatible, because you may face some errors or issues that could be hard to diagnose. It’s better to start fresh with a ROOT FS restore which cleans up all the tweaks and themes installed.
