Today we have something rather interesting to discuss, and I will present you something pretty important: A couple of hours ago I received quite a few notifications on Twitter about a specific Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 10.2, so I decide to get into it and analyze it. At a first glance it is posted by FriedAppleTeam, the guys behind the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 9.x that will be presented at BlackHat 2017, up until you realize the account sending the notification is a fake pretending to be the FriedAppleTeam to be able to charge some money from those who aren't paying enough attention.
Apparently, the dude/s behind this website claiming to be an Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 10.2 takes advantage of the fact that the Fried Apple Team will really demo an Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 9.0 to 9.3.5 at BlackHat, and on the fake page there is a link to the official schedule from BlackHat probably to look trustworthy.
This should definitely be taken as a warning.
In the video I tested what happens if you follow the instructions for the alleged Untethered Jailbreak so that you don't have to do it and risk.
