If you’re interested in jailbreaking your iOS device, you have probably at least once dealt with the idea of downgrading or upgrading with saved SHSH2 blobs. It’s not as easy as it may sound, and some very important factors must be taken into consideration to ensure the downgrade/upgrade can be done and the SEP and Baseband are compatible.
