For CheckRa1n users, the jailbreak already supports iOS 14.5, but for the rest of the people with iPhone 12, iPhone 11 or iPhone XS, XR or XS Max, we need an update for #Unc0ver or #Taurine, which can only happen once a Kernel exploit is available for iOS 14.4.2, iOS 14.4.1 or iOS 14.4.
