Apple has seeded yesterday the #iOS 13 Developer Beta 5 for the registered developers. The patch notes state that it contains bug fixes and improvements. Unfortunately, upon testing, I can confirm that there are still more bugs to be fixed. I’ve run into weird bugs, such as the Settings application crashing when I try to activate the Hotspot, various third-party iOS apps crashing in weird ways, and even apps refusing to display properly on iOS 13. So, with all the features it has, such as dark mode, swipe type, and improved Reminders application, iOS 13 is still not ready for primetime.
